This month’s theme in the Ability Works workplace has been ‘Efficiency for Growth’.
With the help of expert Anthony Clyne from TXM Lean Solutions, we have: reviewed manufacturing methods, optimised space management, achieved continual waste reduction, improved crewing decisions, increased productivity tempo and maximised output results.
The live training sessions combined with theory around 5S principles and LEAN thinking, were motivating and engaging for everyone.
The tools applied to our process lines and workflow lay-outs were invaluable, preparing us for a new growth phase and the expansion of our Digital Technology unit.
For businesses adopting change management to reach new heights and improve many facets of operations, bringing in a team such as TXM Lean Solutions is invaluable.
