John Holland Group workplace accessibility and inclusion

Creating a guide for John Holland Group to make their offices more accessible and inclusive.
Ability Works Inclusive Design team carried out a Workplace Accessibility Assessment to check if John Holland Group offices are easy to access and find ways to make them better for people with disabilities.
The Inclusive Design team and Ability Works employees looked at things like building entry, office spaces, meeting rooms, toilets, kitchens, parking, and facilities for support animals.
The team also checked things like colours, signs, noise, lighting and space to move around and also looked at access to public transport, lifts, emergency exits and digital systems like visitor check-in and room bookings.
The report will help John Holland Group make offices more accessible and create a better guide for workplace inclusion.
