Johan Wiggett

Johan is an experienced C-Level finance executive with over 25 years of global transformation, strategic, financial transformation and M&A experience in Australia, US, UK, Europe and South Africa.

Johan has worked extensively with banks, private equity and investment funds to assess and ensure the financial viability of clients and turnaround and grow some of Australia’s most complex and challenging businesses. His highly effective leadership skills and strong strategic focus enable him to drive sustainable transformation.

Johan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holder of an MBA (with high distinction) from the Michigan Ross School of Business. During his time at Deloitte (London and Australia) and McGrathNicol he led and managed some of the largest corporate turnarounds and business transformations.

In the last five years Johan has worked as Operating Partner for Allegro Funds (Private equity fund with ~$4.0 billion FUM) and more recently assisted with the turnaround of one of their portfolio companies. Johan joined our board in June 2024.
