Visitors On Tour July 2018

We actively encourage visitors to our facility in Kew to see our 130 employees’ active at a variety of tasks. Manufacturing wire baskets, wire mesh products, wire stem brushes, trays, welding lighting frames, to digitally scanning and sorting e-tags and mail for our long term customer Transurban and much more.

One such visitor was Ben Carroll, the State Labour Minister for Industry and Employment, who on the 14 May spent over an hour on-site talking with our employees as they completed their tasks. Ability Works has been the grateful recipient of a Victorian Government grant to boost business operations and Ben was keen to understand how Ability Works had utilised the grant.

Ben tweeted a comment and photo on his visit and the Herald Sun did a feature piece at this link.
